What information we collect through this website and the onboarding process, and what we do with it.
Effective August 27, 2026.
When you complete the quiz at provisiongrantco.com/quiz.html, we collect information about your organization and about you as the contact: organization name, website, city, county, state, denomination or affiliation (optional), average weekly in-person attendance, annual operating budget, staff size, 501(c)(3) status, facility ownership, community programs and funding priorities, prior grant history, and any affiliated 501(c)(3) entities. We also collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), title or role (optional), and how you heard about us. This information is submitted through an automated bot-verification check and stored securely in our database.
If you become a client, the onboarding form collects additional organizational detail needed to research and write grant applications: your organization's legal name, Employer Identification Number (EIN), tax-exemption status and supporting documentation, physical and mailing address, board or elder-board contacts and approval authority, bookkeeper or treasurer contact, a more exact annual budget figure, mission and impact statements, and any documents you choose to upload (for example a budget, board or elder list, prior grant application, or IRS determination letter). Uploaded documents and other intake data are stored securely in our systems. Document uploads are optional — we can work without them, but they speed up the process.
All payments are handled by Stripe. Provision Grant Co. never receives or stores your card number or other payment card details — that information goes directly to Stripe, which is independently certified to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded or failed, and basic billing metadata (such as the plan and amount), but not the card itself.
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to distinguish visitors and sessions.
Form submissions on this site (the quiz and client onboarding) are protected by an automated bot-detection check that helps us tell human visitors from automated bots.
We use a third-party transactional email service to send report-delivery emails, booking confirmations, and other messages related to your inquiry or account.
We use the information above to: research and prepare your Funding Discovery Report, prepare grant applications on your behalf, communicate with you about your report, account, or an application in progress, process payments through Stripe, operate and improve this website, and comply with legal and contractual obligations (including those owed to our own payment processor).
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers who help us run the business, each acting on our behalf: Stripe, our cloud infrastructure and security provider, Google Analytics, Anthropic (for AI assisted data research and software automation), and our email delivery provider. Uploaded documents and organizational data may also be reviewed internally by Provision Grant Co. staff and, for churches with affiliated grant applications, disclosed to the funders you choose to apply to, in the application itself.
If you cancel a subscription or end your engagement with us, we stop actively using your data for new work and follow the retention periods above for what remains on file.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you or your organization. To do so, email nick@provisiongrantco.com or write to us at 4351 Old Windmill Way, Castle Rock, CO 80109. We'll respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity or authority to act for your organization before making changes. Deleting information tied to an active application in progress may affect our ability to complete that application.
Google Analytics sets cookies as described above. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings; doing so may affect how some site features behave but will not prevent you from using the quiz or requesting a report.
This site is intended for adults acting on behalf of a church or nonprofit organization and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If we make material changes to this policy, we will post the updated version here with a new effective date. Continued use of the site or our services after a change means you accept the updated policy.
