The terms that govern using this website. If you become a paying client, a separate signed Client Services Agreement governs that engagement — these Terms don't replace it.

These Terms of Service govern your use of provisiongrantco.com — browsing the site, completing the quiz, and requesting a free Funding Discovery Report. They are separate from, and do not replace, the Client Services Agreement that paying clients sign before Provision Grant Co. begins application-writing work. Where the two conflict for a client, the signed Client Services Agreement governs.
Grant awards are decided solely by funders. Nothing on this website, in a Funding Discovery Report, in any application Provision drafts, or in any statement by Provision or its staff constitutes a promise, guarantee, or projection that any grant will be awarded.
Provision Grant Co. researches funding opportunities and drafts applications on your behalf, but the decision to fund any application rests entirely with the funder. Past results for other organizations — including any figures cited on this site — do not predict results for your organization.
Provision Grant Co. is a grant research and writing service. It is not a law firm, accounting firm, or financial advisor, and nothing on this site or in any deliverable is legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice. Consult your own qualified professionals on those matters.
Provision Grant Co. retains all rights in its research methods, templates, software, prompts, and funder databases. If you become a client and pay for a deliverable, you own the final text of the reports and application drafts prepared specifically for your organization, for your own funding purposes. Using this website does not grant you any other rights in Provision's underlying systems or content.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, and except for breaches of confidentiality under a signed client agreement, Provision Grant Co.'s total liability arising from your use of this website or any free report is limited to the amount, if any, you paid Provision in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. (Clients: your signed Client Services Agreement states the liability limit that applies to paid engagements.)
You agree to indemnify and hold Provision Grant Co. harmless from claims, penalties, and losses arising from inaccurate information you provide, your organization's submissions to funders, or your use of any funds you're awarded.
These Terms are governed by Colorado law, with venue in Douglas County, Colorado.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
