What do I get for $349/month?

The monthly subscription covers your Funding Discovery Report — a custom-researched list of every grant your church qualifies for, delivered within 5 business days of your intake. It includes 7–8 verified opportunities ranked by fit score and deadline, with plain-language explanations of why each funder is a match for your church. The strategy call to review your report is also included. Application writing is quoted separately per application.

Is there a long-term contract?

Subscriptions run as a 12-month partnership. Grant funding works on funder cycles, not calendar months — the letter of inquiry we send in month two often decides what arrives in month ten. A year gives that time to work. Application writing is per-project, and you approve each fee before we begin. If you'd rather see the work before committing to a year, we'll write a single letter of inquiry or full application at our standard rate — no subscription required.

Are churches eligible for grants?

From there, timeline depends on the funders in your pipeline — some community foundations have rolling deadlines and decisions within 60–90 days, while others have annual cycles with decisions 4–6 months after the deadline. We prioritize by timing so your fastest opportunities move first.

Do you write the entire application, or do I need to contribute content?

We write the full draft — narrative, budget justification, program descriptions, and required attachments. For the first application, we'll have a brief intake call to gather specifics about your programs and ministry that aren't captured in the quiz. After that, you'll have an established profile we draw from. Your job is to review the draft, approve it, and submit it under your church's name.

Do you guarantee grants will be approved?

No. Grant awards are always at the funder's discretion, and no legitimate grant writing service can guarantee funding. What we guarantee is that every opportunity we pursue is real, your church is genuinely eligible, and your application represents the strongest possible case for your ministry. We only pursue grants where we believe you have a legitimate chance.

Who actually submits the application?

You do. Provision Grant Co. prepares the draft and supports you through the process, but the application is submitted by your church's authorized representative. This is standard practice in grant writing and is important for compliance — the applicant of record is always the nonprofit, not the grant writer.

What types of grants are available for churches?

The most accessible categories are: local community foundation grants (often the highest win rate for smaller organizations), state-level program grants (Colorado has several relevant programs), national foundations that fund faith-based community programs, and federal programs like USDA Community Facilities or HUD Community Development Block Grants. Can churches apply for federal grants?
